Call for Nominations Children's Health Protection Advisory Committee (CHPAC) EPA is seeking nominations to the Children's Health Protection Advisory Committee (CHPAC). Nominations are due October 6, 2025, with vacancies expected to be filled by March 2026. CHPAC members serve for three-year terms with a cap on service at six years. CHPAC is a federal advisory committee that advises EPA on regulations, research, and communications related to children's environmental health. CHPAC is looking for qualified children's environmental health representatives from industry; tribal, state, county and local government; school systems; academia; health care providers (including pediatricians, obstetric professionals, occupational medicine practitioners and community nurses); and non-governmental organizations.
